Since our foundation in 2013, our main objective has been the development of short and medium term real estate projects, all of them funded by investors with a defined financial profile.
It was at the request of current investors in Spanish portfolios that we have undertaken the role of master servicing portfolios for third parties. Taking advantage of our experience and team to maximize or correct the returns of their projects in Spain that are still under execution.
It should be mentioned that most of our clients already knew us professionally. Either because they had worked with our firm directly, investing with us, or indirectly by having collaborated with another company in the group.
The most demanded service is to understand and monitor the correct evolution of their business plans, as well as the supervision and control of the daily work carried out by the Servicers.
